Scientists have advised females to stop wearing bras.
Apparently, going without a bra promotes more tone and supporting breast tissue and wearing a bra from a young age does not help support the chest, lower pain in the back or prevent breast sagging.
Jean-Denis Rouillon, a sport science scientist and professor at the University of Franche-Comte in the eastern town of Besançon, performed a 15-year research study on the impact of bras on 330 ladies aged 18 to 35.
Don’t ask me why? Because science you all.
Anyway, the result of his studies – ladies who did not use bras have perkier busts. “In the research, females that stopped wearing bras– through their own choice, not as a requirement of the research study– had a 7-millimeter (0.3-inch) lift in their nipples when compared to routine bra users. Bras, they declare, might hinder flow and reduce bust tone gradually.” Rouillon informed France Info in an interview, “Medically, physiologically, anatomically– busts get no advantage from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra.”
There are some other specialists that concur with Rouillon. Dr. Stafford Broumand stated, “For more youthful ladies, not using a bra will result in increased collagen production and elasticity, which enhances lift in a developing bust.” Broumand was not connected to the study at all.
Well, as inevitably as night follows day, and people abandon Cheapo, this riled the feminazis.
[As an aside, the feminazis – not the sensible intelligent feminists, composed of all decent human beings, men or women – seriously need to figure out what they want….on the one hand they want men to support their issues, on the other hand, whenever a man comes up with an issue for discussion, instead of sensibly discussing it, they go into flaming pitchfork mode shouting patriarchy at anything and everything]
So, feminazi logic – Rouillon isn’t any kind of expert at all, because he doesn’t have breasts. They shout that women don’t wear bras for medical, physiological or anatomical reasons but for psychological, aesthetic and practical reasons.
Of course, its practical when playing sports or exercising or while doing any kind of strenuous physical activity.
But, umm, I know I am not a very intelligent person, but that aesthetic reason is not valid. In fact, aesthetic is not a valid reason for anything simply because its completely subjective. Aesthetic is different for different people (the only aesthetic element the whole world can agree on is that I am hideously ugly)
The same goes for psychological.
Just because we have been programmed to do something from childhood does not mean that its necessary or important. I will give a few examples.
Even just 40 or 50 years ago, women having periods were segregated in separate rooms – nothing to do with practicality and everything to do with the prevalent psychology of that time.
Never mind 40 or 50 years, even now in many parts of the world, women are not allowed to go out of their home, not allowed to talk to men, not allowed to wear certain dresses; there are hundreds of such regressive and offensive rules – none of which has any basis in science….its all to do with psychology.
See, the world needs to be free from certain rules or customs in order for it to progress. And one part of being free is the freedom of choice.
Nobody should get to dictate what another person wears or doesn’t wear.
So, if you want to wear a bra, wear it; but make that decision from a position of knowledge. Learn about the pros and cons – the actual scientific, anatomic pros and cons – and then make a decision.
Don’t just blindly continue doing something because you have been taught to do that since childhood.
Have a look at the videos of somebody who made the shift to no bra!
Having said all that, I understand that many women, many many women are very insecure about their bodies. They are ashamed about their breasts or belly or hips or buttocks or many other things.
You know how to come out of that?
Become a nudist. Once you become a nudist, you will realize that it does not matter what size you are, what shape you are, skinny, fat, big, small – nudists just don’t care.
You will realize that all humans are the same on the outside, its the inside – the mind and soul – of a person that is important.
You can look like Scarlett Johansson or well me (the ugliest creature in the planet) and for nudists it does not matter.
In nudism, we are all equal.
Another point – among all the communities or groups in the world, assault on women are by far the least among nudist communities.
