Knee Pain Exercises and Healing

I am not one of those hippy types who are anti medicine anti vaccines etc. Nor have I sold my soul to the pharma companies.

Medicines are useful, but in moderation and after simpler methods have been exhausted.

That holds true for run of the mill moderate diseases as well as for basic injuries and pain.

And the old adage of “prevention is better than the cure” holds true forever.

So, when it comes to your knees, what do you do?

That’s for prevention, but what to do if you are already injured or in pain?

Well, here are some home remedies tat you can try.

  1. Ice pack
  2. Lemon

3. Ginger

4. Turmeric

And of course, if none of those work, try
